After a successful year at Central London based office agents Pilcher Hershman, in 2004 Adam then completed a BSc (Hons) degree in Property & Construction at Birmingham City University.
Adam then spent several years within residential and mixed-use development, most notably at Londonewcastle PLC, sourcing and negotiating land acquisitions within Central and Greater London that had scope for re-development.
Prior to establishing Burlington Green Partners (formerly known as Burlington Partners), Adam headed up the investment and development department at Ashwell Rogers, specialising in the Central London market.
Adam is married with 2 young children. His spare time is taken up by playing football and watching his beloved Arsenal. A keen runner, he has completed the London Marathon.
Alex has 15 years experience in the property market and has represented a variety of companies in acquisitions and disposals across all sectors. At niche investment brokerage firm Anthony Green & Spencer he worked on a number of high profile investment and development transactions, including a 60,000 seat stadium and the surrounding regeneration. Prior to forming Burlington Green Partners, Alex was Vice President of European Acquisitions at a private equity real estate company – Harbor Group International. This was followed by launching Tel Aviv based WhiteCity IB, a niche investment agency, advising international investors on transactions in the UK.
Alex is married with 4 children and spends his spare time watching his beloved football team – Tottenham Hotspur, as well as an active person, cycling, skiing and playing football. He holds a BA degree in Management & Marketing and is fluent in English and Hebrew.
In 2014, Toby gained a 2:1 BA (Hons) degree in Economics for Business from Leeds Metropolitan University.
Upon graduating, Toby secured a position as a New Business Executive. Initially recruited for business development, in recognition of performance, Toby was promoted twice within a short period to Regional Sales Executive.
Supporting his academic and career based achievements, Toby has had several industry related experiences, most notably at CBRE in Central London where he supported the Investment department.
Toby will be assisting the Directors in all aspects of the business including acquisitions and disposals.
