Adam Velleman

Director

After starting his property career at Central London based office agents Pilcher London, Adam then completed a BSc (Hons) degree in Property & Construction at Birmingham City University.

Adam then spent several years within residential and mixed-use development on the principle side, most notably at Londonewcastle, sourcing and negotiating land acquisitions within Central and Greater London that had scope for re-development.

Prior to establishing Burlington Green Partners (formerly known as Burlington Partners), Adam headed up the investment and development department at Ashwell Rogers, specialising in the Central London market.

Adam is married with 3 young children. His spare time is taken up by playing football, watching his beloved Arsenal and playing Padel. Adam has completed the London Marathon.

Alex Green

Director

Alex has over 20 years experience in the property market and has represented a variety of companies in acquisitions and disposals across all sectors. At niche investment brokerage firm Anthony Green & Spencer he worked on a number of high profile investment and development transactions, including a 60,000 seat stadium and the surrounding regeneration in a certain part of North London.

Prior to forming Burlington Green Partners, Alex was Vice President of European Acquisitions at a private equity real estate company – Harbor Group International. This was followed by launching Tel Aviv based WhiteCity IB, a niche investment agency, advising international investors on transactions in the UK and Germany. He is fluent in Hebrew.

Alex is married with 4 children and spends his spare time watching his beloved football team – Tottenham Hotspur. He enjoys keeping active by running, cycling and skiing whenever possible.

Jerome Colmans

Investment Director

Following the completion of an economics and finance degree (Hons), Jerome spent the first 9 years of his working career navigating the financial markets. A change of direction led Jerome to pivot to the property market where he gained valuable experience of the lettings and sales process in St Johns Wood and Hampstead in North West London. He further enhanced his experience at one of London’s most active independent investment and development agencies.

Jerome then spent several years working on the principal side with the focus on acquiring value-add opportunities enabling him to gain an in-depth understanding of the planning process.

Jerome is married with 3 young children and is an all-round sportsman. A keen single figure golfer, Jerome is also an avid fan of Arsenal. He has represented Great Britain at the Maccabi Games, where he credits the opening ceremony as his sporting highlight.
