Adam Velleman
Director
After a successful year at Central London based office agents Pilcher Hershman, in 2004 Adam then completed a BSc (Hons) degree in Property & Construction at Birmingham City University.
Adam then spent several years within residential and mixed-use development, most notably at Londonewcastle PLC, sourcing and negotiating land acquisitions within Central and Greater London that had scope for re-development.
Prior to establishing Burlington Green Partners (formerly known as Burlington Partners), Adam headed up the investment and development department at Ashwell Rogers, specialising in the Central London market.
Adam is married with 3 young children. His spare time is taken up by playing football and watching his beloved Arsenal. A keen runner, he has completed the London Marathon.
Alex Green
Director
Alex has over 20 years experience in the property market and has represented a variety of companies in acquisitions and disposals across all sectors. At niche investment brokerage firm Anthony Green & Spencer he worked on a number of high profile investment and development transactions, including a 60,000 seat stadium and the surrounding regeneration in a certain part of North London.
Prior to forming Burlington Green Partners, Alex was Vice President of European Acquisitions at a private equity real estate company – Harbor Group International. This was followed by launching Tel Aviv based WhiteCity IB, a niche investment agency, advising international investors on transactions in the UK and Germany. He is fluent in Hebrew.
Alex is married with 4 children and spends his spare time watching his beloved football team – Tottenham Hotspur. He enjoys keeping active by running, cycling and skiing whenever possible.
Adam Morris
Investment Surveyor
Adam joined the team in October 2021 bringing with him a wealth of knowledge from his time spent working with Regal London, a respected and well-established property developer.
Adam’s responsibilities are focused around assisting the team in the due diligence of all transactions, whether an acquisition or disposal of any investment or development opportunity. With his technical understanding of Property Development, Adam assesses opportunities with added perspective and an ability to put himself in the shoes of the client.
Outside of the office, Adam is a keen sportsman, having been an amateur boxer since a young age, with an unbeaten record. He is a devoted Tottenham Hotspur fan, quite the car enthusiast and partakes in several networking and charitable events throughout the year.
